| **Passive Investing Tip** Diversify, Diversify, Diversify. Never, as they say, put all of your eggs in one basket! Let’s say you have $1000 to spend. It would be much, much better to spend $100 in 10 different programs then to put it all on 1 program. Here’s an example…let’s say you put $100 in 10 different programs each making you 20% per month. That is $200 each month. Now let’s say one of those programs goes belly up. Your $100 deposit is lost, but you still made $100 that month, and you still made a profit that month. Next month you would still have $900 working for you, and make $180. You want to get in profit as quickly as possible. Withdraw any profits as soon as you can, then reinvest maybe 50% of your profits back into the program. The key here is to try and get your initial investment back as quickly as possible, and only use your profits to reinvest. So when the program does fail, you will already be in profit.
